ThirudaN Chat (thirudanchat.com and our Android app on Google Play Store) maintains a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, or any form of child endangerment.
Prohibited Content & Activities
- Any content depicting, describing, or promoting sexual activity involving minors (under 18)
- Sexualized images, videos, text, or audio of children
- Grooming, solicitation, or attempts to meet minors for sexual purposes
- Sextortion, blackmail, or coercion involving minors
- Any content that sexualizes or exploits children in any manner
Reporting & Response Process
- In-App Reporting: Use the Report button in chats/violations
- Email: [email protected] (24-hour response guaranteed)
- Emergency: Local authorities + child protection hotlines
- All credible CSAE reports reviewed within 24 hours
- Confirmed CSAM immediately forwarded to NCMEC (report.cybertip.org)
Enforcement Actions
- Immediate content removal upon credible CSAE detection
- Permanent account bans for confirmed violators
- IP/device bans for repeat offenders
- Law enforcement cooperation and CSAM reporting
- Proactive moderation using AI + human review teams
